Well, Japanese retailer Bauhutte has the remedy for uncomfortable gaming experiences with an interesting piece of gaming furniture. They have introduced the ultimate gaming BED to their repertoire of gaming furniture and it looks pretty awesome. In addition to the bed, the setup comes equipped with an elevated headboard, desk, tablet holder and snack shelves (snacks sold separately), according to The Verge. Truly perfect for a lazy day of playing video games at your leisure.
Bauhutte’s ultimate gaming bed can be purchased on the company’s website. Make sure you turn the translation on if you’re interested. With all of the elements of the setup, the ultimate gaming bed will run you roughly ¥113,250, or about $1,048. I know I’d love to have the comfort of a whole bed with everything I would need for a comfortable day of only exercising my thumbs as I try to make my way through NBA 2K or Madden or Mortal Kombat. It would be a huge “do not disturb” situation. It also makes me think of opening a whole arcade of gaming beds available for those looking for a new, smug way of enjoying video games. Just wishful thinking. Anyway, I think Bauhutte’s ultimate gaming bed is awesome and worth the money if you’re a GAMER gamer like that.
